We discussed this via e-mail a few months ago. This is the official proposal.
Shall the CBL compensate owners who take on league jobs with a supplemental 1st round draft pick?
The following is a list of current jobs and some that I could give up for others to do:
-Commissioner (can be rotated every 2 years) -Foster-owning -Arbitration chart creation -Amatuer Draft list creation (5 lists = 1st rd pick and so on down to 1) -Amatuer Draft conductor

Although if this rule was in place last year I could have made some extra cash because of the lists for the draft and fostering a team, I've never been in favor of unbalanced team salaries.
