I think this will work out for us.
1. This message board program allows us the use of Private Messages. Use it as you wish. If you want to test it out just message me and I will respond. You can set up two different notifications with PM's. One will send up an alert box as soon as you receive a message and the other sends emails to the email you registered with.
2. Everyone has their own forum. Do with it as you wish. I like what Santurce did by giving a simple update as to his transactions without really getting into specifics. Use your own teams forum to post those that you wish to put on the market for trade or any other news you might have. Feel free to write anything you wish. Each owner will moderate their own forum.
3. This message board system allows avatars. Check out Felix profile to get an idea what I am talking about. You must link it from a web site. Use google to search for logo's. You must paste the URL where it asks for it and the logo cannot be larger than 100x100 pixels.
4. The general forum can be used for anything. If you want to complain when the Oriole's sign all the major FA's on the market, that would be the place 
5. Sign up with any name you wish. I have figured out how to list the owner's team name under the user name signed in with. My initial thought was that you should sign up with your team name but once that was figured out, signing up as your team did not become necessary. If you have signed up with your team name and would like to change, please let me know so we can control the registered members that we have.
6. I am going to take off membership approval until the majority of people have signed up. After this, one will not be able to post until it is approved. This is done to avoid outside interference.
7. I know that some of the divisions have changed. When I get a concrete list of what team is where, I will change it. Also, it would be best if each person would update their AIM and Yahoo screennames or at least make their email addresses unhidden so we can freely contact each other regarding playing a series, trades, ect. Also, private messages can be used for this. This will also remove the need for an owner list as all one will have to do is click on members and then click on the member desired and emails, IMs or at the very least Private message can be used.
8. The commissioners forum is simply that. Andrew will make his updates and if we need to discuss something it can be done in the general forum. It's important we do that so that we do not miss any important announcements.
9. This is new for me and for CBL. After posting this, I am going to create an ideas forum. Please post them!!! I want to make this as good and efficiant as possible.
Hope everyone finds this easy to use. In time, we will be able to access this via the main CBL website.
